The practices district nurses are based at Fountayne Road Health Centre who can be contacted 020 7683 4854. They provide care to patients in the community who maybe elderly or housebound.
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Our named health visitor is Margaret who can be contacted on 020 7683 4831 and is based at Fountayne Road Health Centre.
